The individual may appear to be normal, however suffering from depression, comes and goes, however it is still there. (They will have a good day and for the rest of the week, they are feeling bad).
They need to get to the main root of their problem (Blocked Trauma) to stop their depression.
The individual will have nervous breakdowns and come out of them, this does not mean they are cured.
It just means it has passed through their system, and while they suffer from depression, it's only a matter of time before they have another breakdown.
The only way to stop depression is to unearth their blocked trauma which they have forgotten about to protect themselves.
